FDconnect app for iPhone and iPad

FDconnect is a research app designed to observe variations in some of the symptoms of Familial Dysautonomia (FD). We are looking for volunteers with or without FD. Your participation is entirely voluntary.

FDconnect will ask you to:

1. Sign up for an anonymous account

2. Answer questions about your health

3. Perform simple activities and play games using your phone

4. Generate research data automatically from your use of the app

Also, you can can choose to sync FDconnect with your phones Health app to provide additional data about your exercise habits and other important health information.

Using FDconnect is not the same as receiving medical care. FDconnect will have no effect on the medical care you are currently receiving.
